1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Supalink. By creating an account, publishing a profile, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Supalink.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Supalink. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your sign-in email up to date.
3. Authentication and Security
Supalink currently supports email OTP and Google OAuth sign-in. You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or use bots/scripts to create accounts, scrape data, or abuse platform features.
4. Handles and Usernames
Your selected handle must not impersonate another person or brand, violate intellectual property rights, or be misleading, abusive, or unlawful. We may require handle changes, reclaim inactive handles, or restrict handle usage where rights conflicts or policy issues are identified.
5. Your Content and License
You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish (including text, media, and links). You grant Supalink a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, and distribute your content only for operating, securing, and improving the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all required rights to upload and publish your content.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use Supalink to post, link, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing, privacy-invasive, infringing, or otherwise harmful. This includes impersonation, deceptive behavior, malware distribution, and misuse of another person's identity or data.
7. Reporting and Takedowns
We may investigate complaints and remove or restrict content that appears to violate these Terms or applicable law. If you believe content on Supalink infringes your rights or is unlawful, contact us at legal@supalink.in with sufficient details for review.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, or harm users, Supalink, or third parties. You may stop using Supalink at any time. Account deletion may result in permanent loss of profile data, subject to backup and legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Supalink may include links or integrations to third-party services. We do not control third-party content, websites, or policies and are not responsible for them. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers
Supalink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supalink and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supalink and its owner from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) resulting from your content, your misuse of Supalink, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of Supalink after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to Supalink or these Terms.
